Bridge House Care Centre occupies a beautifully refurbished, Grade II listed building at 280-282 London Road in Wallington - situated on the banks of the River Wandle, directly opposite Beddington Park. Residents, families and staff tell us that the character of the building, the riverside setting and the patio garden make Bridge House feel unlike any other care home in the area.

Rated Good by the Care Quality Commission

Bridge House Care Centre was inspected by the Care Quality Commission on 30 August 2022. The report, published on 6 October 2022, confirmed a Good rating across all five regulatory domains. This represented an improvement from the previous rating, achieved under the current registered manager who introduced strengthened quality audits, improved care planning processes and more consistent oversight across the service. A further CQC desk review on 6 July 2023 found no evidence to reassess the rating.
